Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

As Leckers Espresso sells consumable food products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered. This policy applies to all orders regardless of the reason for return.

Compatibility: Our capsules are compatible with Nespresso Original Line machines only. They are not compatible with Nespresso Vertuo or any other machine type. Please verify your machine compatibility before purchasing. We are unable to accept returns due to incompatibility issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at leckersusallc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually.

Delivered Orders: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
